Edgar's *****ed me

Edgar's Prichard Street has *****ed me and intends to do nothing about it

I bought a phone through payjustnow on the 28 of February 2024. Instead of making three separate monthly instalments as a Merchant of payjustnow, they took the whole value of the phone from my bank account, R800. When I complained, they made me do another same transaction again, of which I did because I wanted the phone and the second time it worked. But the initial R800 is still due to me.

The store admin mananger Nathi Masondo said he is doing a refund and emailed the head office to refund me. He promised me that the money will take 5 working days to reflect on my account but utill today my account has R0.29. I received a call form the store's cellular associate Gauta Matthews 5 working days telling me that they are working on it.

On the 10th of March i went to the store to demand my money back, the Store manager Nosipho did not help with anything, the only thing she did was to isolate herself in her office claiming that she is working on it, while calling her colleagues asking for advice on what to do. I spent over 1.5 hours at the store for the manager to tell me that she has escallated to the finance department, something she should have done long ago because she has been aware of this mattrr the whole week.

On the other hand, the emails that Edgar's admin mananger sent to his head office had no clear directiveor motive nor sense of urgency, it was just pdf of the receipt he gave me from the till, the store manager said she emailed her finance department but clearly refused to cc me on the email.

From the 7th of February I have been borrowing money to go to work, borrow money to type three emails, borrow money to come to the store to enquire about what is due to me and now as I have advised them that from the 13th of March I will miss my work which I am very competent in because Edgar's stole my money for transport. I will be opening a case of ***** because the store took my money *****ulently

Today I was supposed to be called by Nosipho, the store manager but clearly she **** because I never received any call nor my money
