The assistant store manager Nkosinathi's attitude and customer service is so appalling, and the sad part is the ground floor manager and other stuff are so helpful and friendly 😢 she should be leading by an example but guess he is falling horribly so.

He told me to get out of the store if I'm not happy with what he was saying even customers who heard the whole conversation was shocked to hear 😐 how he spoke to me.

He was disputing what the online policy says about returns and refund something which is on the website 🙄 but I guess maybe he owns Edgars eastgate that's why he was not bothered to follow what the website says.
