Edgars East Rand Mall manager treats customers without respect

I was unhappy with something at Edgars East Rand Mall, and asked to speak to the manager. Sindy, the so called manager was not interested in my complaint, and also could not answer my questions I had. Her body language was absolutely appalling. I said to her that my option would be to rather close my account, and Sindy rep**** by telling me it's best if I do so! She also told me that I am more than welcome to use social media and Edcon head office, as she is nor fazed at all. I will be closing my account as Edcon was not prepared to respond to my email
