Edgars East Rand mall

I’ve literally been in this store for 30mins trying to get a new store card. From one point to another then after all the confusion, I find out any cashier can replace my card. It just seems like every person I spoke to has no idea what’s going on...

Also the fitting rooms... they look like holding cells 😭😭
