Edgars - don't want my money

It probably sounds unbelievable but I just want to pay my Edgars account. I have a record of several phone calls to several numbers, with no answer....giving you several more numbers to contact....also no answer - recorded messages, but no actual person to speak to. Yes, I also tried emailing several email addresses provided on websites, including RSC but the automatic reply says someone will contact me in 48 hours. Well in 2 and a half months, still no luck. With accounts departments like that, no wonder Edgars is not doing well!
