Edgars - don't touch them if you ever want to leave them

I have tried for weeks to get a response from Edgars customer care, I wish to cancel my policy and close my account. The promise 48 hour response, they read my emails and only one out of 20 have they responded to and in that response they ask for my details again and I never heard from them again. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE. This email started after I called their customer service and got no answer, I then drove to Edgars only to be told to call them or email them.
