Edgars doesn't care about Clients, so disappointed. They operate like Government Institution
I bought sneakers @ edgars Bedford centre last week. I wore it for a day and realised that it's not the right fit as a results I couldn't wait to reach home to take it off. It was squashing my feet. I went back to return the shoe for the perfect fit & design. To my surprise I was refused exchange because I the shoe was worn. I explained to the manager that Yes, I did wear the sneakers for a day it was so uncomfortable that I couldn't wait to take it off. The shoes are in good condition but refused to exchange. I was so disappointed at Edgars.
I fitted the shoe, it was fine hence i bought it. Within 2-3 hours of wearing I felt uncomfortability. I wouldn't have known if u didnt wear for the day.
That proves that they don't care about their customer and I'm just a number to them. I Will close my account and where I will be valued as a client. I have never experience this kind of service from Woolworths or any clothing stores. And I will make sure that the pple around never shop again at Edgars.
I bought clothes for my kids over weekend, rest assured I will be returning them atleast them. I cannot keep on support a company that doesn't about their clients.
