Edgars does not want to update my ITC status

I paid these people's CC in full in May and yet it is still on my record and showing defaulted. This is affecting my credit record and they still have not updated ITC and cleared my name, each time I call them they lie to me and say they sent the request through and when I say give me proof they don't have it and when I ask for a TAT they say they can't make promises. It's because of how you treat your clients that your brand failed like this. I am glad i never have to deal with any of your employees again. Niyanyanyisa man rha!
