Edgars does not want to Refund my money

I have been trying to get Edgars to refund me my money for the past months. I have been sent from Pillar to post for R1200. I am so frustrated with Edgars because the also do not want to close that account because it has the amount due to me. I hav been attempting to close that account since last year December. I dont foresee Edgars being in business with such poor customer service.
