Edgars do not put credits through.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut through Edgars on the 30th of April 2021. I returned the sunglasses a week later and received a credit note for the item. It is now over 3 months and the credit was not put through on my account. Numerous emails and no response. I don't think these people can be trusted. I don't ever check these things but now I'm worried. How many times does this happen? No feedback from Edgars.
