Edgars do not deliver

I ordered online and week later still waiting for my delivery. Courier guy calls and asks where I stay.. So because I stay in Alberton it's a problem and I will have to continue to wait for delivery. I contacted edgars twice and on both accounts call agents said the matter will be escalated and contacted. None of this has been done. I need my package and through all of this nothing has been done.
