Edgar’s disgusting service

Good day

I recently went to the Edgar’s store to let them know that the product I bought for my daughter has a defect as the material on the inside bruises her even though the Shoe size is correct and it is not small . The manager , yes manager !!! took my details and stated that they would get back to me and I never heard from them . Is this the kind of managers you have ? Do they not take anything seriously ? I don’t even ever want to shop there anymore This is terrible customer service

I don’t want no voucher or gift card I want a refund that’s it!! My cell ***
