Edgars disgusting service

I have an Edgars account and in March 2020 I paid my instalment, I actually paid extra. My balance on the account was R2554.40 I paid an amount of R1000 which brought my balance to R1554.40. The country is on a national lockdown and Edgars falling under non essential stores are shut down but my balance is increasing and stands over the R2100 Mark, I have tried calling the call centre which is closed understandably but I have sent numerous emails asking them to investigate or just block the account and no reply, this is a huge reputable company surely some staff are working remotely to resolve issues that arise or they simply do not care. I'm so disgusted with this service and will be surely closing this 12 year account down. Pathetic service Edgars simply disgusted
