Edgars disgusting

I have purchased airtime on the 05/03/2020 using my mova money app and I have not received the airtime yet. I called the call centre 3 times all they say is they have logged my fault and will call me back,it's been a week now 11/03/2020 and still no one even called. I am disgusted with the service, disgusting Edgars close your doors to that call centre. Don't use this feature it is a disaster
