Edgars destroys my life

I have never in my life felt so humiliated, i thought Edgards is a Company that carries a higher class standard and has pride in itself and the staff... I was so wrong with Edgars in Richards bay boardwalk, if the goods bought wasnt given as gifts, i swear i would have thrown the store with their goods and new account card... So after my first time having account about 7 yrs ago, i messed up because i was young and stupid... It took my 6 years to clear my name and have a good credit score again by first paying a loan for a year... I took a decision very carefully chosen to get an Edgars account, my biggest regret in my life after only the lady who opened my account was fit to be Edgars staff.. after her i had **** left and right. They block my account 30 mins afrer approval.. than i gad to confirm t hat its me and it was fixed... While the staff stands loud and make u look like **** with how loud they spoke about a client that must not waist their time, and how im nonsense.. i bought 2 phones b4 i left my first purchase, which also up untill today i did not receive my gift voucher of R1700 if approved, every t ime i go ask they give me **** unuseful nonsense answers but no voucher... The next day some clever guy- i guess a trainee from account goes and blocks my acc again, but so ****ing badly that it rated me as a bad payer at Edgars- 3 day old acc ***? After hours on the phone again they sorry and i could continue its their mistake AGAIN? and guess what the next day its the same story all over again... 3rd time lucky... on day 7 i had trouble with 1 of the new phones, guess what, treated like rubish, again staff talking so loud about this situation that another client had to **** them out and make clear that a clients stuff is private and what they doing is wrong and she said they must show respect to clients... But after such bad treatnent and all i left the store with the same broken phone... And so what its my problem...here comes the best part of my life... After it took me 6 years to get my name and credit score right... It took Edgars not even 2 days to **** my name up so badly with the blocking mistake that now i cant get any accounts because im a bad payer on A 3 DAY NEW ACCOUNT???????? i went back and Edgars that i now even owe R5000. Actaully R5000 for ****ing my life up... They gave me a letter that stated they made the mistake and will fix my name so i could continue with my plans to have accounts after i learned what to and not. The letter they gave me is worth nothing, becausr it cant get me approved for the loan i needed like needed... So can someone please help me i need advise and they will pay for this.. i cant in my life believe they just give a darn hell... And my life is ****tup alk my planning is *****ed and im even on the street thrown out my flat because they blocked me from all access to cash or anything?what do i do? And how do i clear my name now?
