Edgars delivery

I ordered stuff from their website and the delivery time specifies 2-5 days. I did this the friday morning and by the following thursday morning I got an email telling me my order will arrive before 5pm on that day. As a result I had to clear a schedule to keep up with that. However my order did not arrive so I phoned in and they assured me it would be delivered on the friday but they did not deliver. Now I have to wait for the monday even though this was a gift for a friend whose birthday would have passed by then. This is utterly pathetic as I'm not the only person with delivery problems.
