Edgars deducting money off my credit balance

In August 2020 I had a credit balance of -R241.61. Every month since then Edgars have been deducting R60 rand from my credit balance. I have phoned the accounts department numerous times asking them to refund me the monies they have been deducting and every time they say they will escalate my query and every time I phone again NOTHING has been done!!!
