Edgars deducted three times for one payment. Edgars owes me R579,94

On the 6th of December I bought few items at Edgars Mall of Tembisa. I used my bank card to pay the amount of R289,97. The first two payments declined, but my money was deducted. The lady said they will reverse my R579.94 so we inserted the card for the third time this time it was approved. The manager then asked me to email my statement to lodge my refund, I did that and my money R579,94 was reversed the next day. BUT later Edgars deducted my again and even today they have not reversed it. Edgars owes me R579,94. I have sent my bank statement, ID and receipts to shop manager but no constructive feedback.
