Edgars daylight thievery

My father has been a edgars silent for many years. I recently he found on his monthly statement an airtime charge for R25 which he had not subscribed nor did he even get the benefit of the airtime. When he contacted Edgar's he was pushed around to several people before he was able to have it canceled. He was when he requested a refund for the airtime subscription he never signed up for he was told that egdars won't refund him without any reason. The charges where over several months. This is thievery in broad daylight, I have heard about this from other inter et companies where they buy numbers and subscribe them to a deal without permission, but to have this from a company like edgars is disgusting and frankly shocking that his information when siging up with edgars is them sold by edgars to some thievery scheme. Our family have been Edgar's clients for over 20 years however after this disgusting scheme we are no longer. Check your statements from edgars to make sure they are not *****ing from you
