Terrible experience with Edgars and their Cyber Monday offers. Because of a technical error, i could not make any purchases. Hours were spent online waiting to check out products, only to be told that there is an error.

My question is this happens every year so how can they not be prepared for the influx of requests? What happens now? I had to call in to be told that there was an error. What will the customer receive as compensation or do we just move as though nothing happened

Poor service by Edgars. I can tell you that purchases made on the TFG online website, are already being delivered. That is proper service.

Thank you for your response.

I appreciate that you are fixing the system on your side. So does this mean now that because of YOUR system error, i must go back to getting the items on the normal price? So that is it? Just an apology on your side?

Please also update the correct information on the App and confirm if the order that i placed on Friday 29 November is being processed. We are unable to track online.

Also in future; do plan thoroughly, you should anticipate that there could be errors because of the influx of online consumers on your specials.
