Edgars customer services

The Edgars art competition that was recently held is a complete disappointment, starting from the spin and win, i spinned everyday 3 times a day and still won nothing. But maybe that was bad luck, okay. But why did Edgars convince me to leave my artwork at their store and them shipping it to Durban without my concent, when you try to contact edgars, i tried 4 different phone numbers none of then picked up to help me with my query, i wrote them a message and still got no response. That artwork meant a lot to me i dont mean to be cruel but this is extremely unprofessional of you!
