Edgars customer service is pathetic

Really bad online service at Edgars. Tried resetting password, got no assistance when it came up with error. Today I followed up on an order which was paid for and for which I had a confirmation email on 9/3. I was told they had a problem and my order did not go to the warehouse. I find it unacceptable that suddenly there is no stock for items I paid for. I sent an email. Awaiting feedback
