Edgars Customer Service
Edgars Customer Service is not even worth 1 star. I am an account holder since 1980 and is closing my account because of poor service. After trying to contact them on their Customer Service and not going anywhere I went to a store for help. A sales lady at Edgars Tygervallei helped me by phoning Edgars Customer Service. The phone was ringing and ringing. After how long somebody picked up the phone and put it down without answering. We phoned again and again nobody answered. Is that Customer Service? Even the sales lady (who was very friendly) could not believe this is happening. I will never buy at a store with that poor Customer Service.
