Edgars Customer service

Been trying to contact Edgars ***,/***)for two weeks, but am unable to speak to any one. I would like to cancel my Edgars club and query my account.Last month I made a EFT payment (which I have been doing for months), it seem that payment was not received. Have Rcs edgars banking details and references charged?? At this moment, I think it best, to pay off my account and move off.
