Edgars customer NON service!!!!

Edgars is the worst store where it comes to customer service!!! Spent over an hour on the phone now only to realise they took my email address down incorrectly, after repeating the spelling 3 times!!!! Then realised my 31 January payment has not been allocated. Was told to email POP to ***, which I did but email bounced back, email address no longer in use!!! Why in the world would Lebogang give me this email address knowing full well that the address is no longer in use??? Customer service in this country is a joke as a whole, arrogant, inexperienced, non care attitude is frustrating, but we have no choice, we have to deal with this ignorance and poor service!!!
