Edgars Customer NON-Care Service

I am unable to get hold of the Customer Service Call Center, when trying to verify via ID number, before I can complete typing in my ID the voice prompt says my ID is invalid. This happens continuously, I visited the branch and they are unable to assist me as well and urged me to call the Call Center. What do i have to do to get hold of someone at Edgars Customer Service!!!!
