Edgars crippling my financial freedom

Edgars has been giving me run arounds with updating itc regarding an account I had with them, the account was handed over and both the agency and edgars refuse to take responsibility to close the account and update it. Poor service with their call centers, I have to start my storybfrom the beginning every time I want to enquire. I am disappointed!
