Edgars Credit Control sucks !

Edgards credit control section keeps on calling regarding an outstanding debt on my account, which is fully paid, even after submitting all proof of payments, bank info, account info, etc. Contacting the Edgards Call Centre is also an joke as they do not react on any mails with all information. I am convinced the people at the Call Centre and Credit control departments do not read mails, or do not work know each other.

I just had it it with them and will close my account as it seems to be the only logic way forward.
