Edgars consultants not serious

I called edgars number ***and i need assistants with my online order but the consultants where just picking up my call and continue with their conversation . This happened twice so i wonder why do they answer the phone while there are still busy discussing their issues which when i listen it was not even work related .

I use my airtime when i call and all i needed what for them to assist me as they are paid for that .

Hope management will deal with this issue accordingly its very annoying.
