Edgars constant unfounded threat of legal action

I have been a loyal Edgars customer since my very first job. Before then, my mother had an account for as long as I can remember. In 2018 I was unemployed and then took a job with a lower salary, I made payment arrangements which I have not skipped even once. However, I have been consistently receiving emails, smses and legal letters either threatening legal action or that I have been handed over. At 00:32 this morning I was sent an sms: “Despite repeated requests, you have not made payment on your Edgars Sa Account. Your account has been handed over today for legal action”. Threats are my first communication from you about my account, how do you think this fosters a working relationship? I made payment last month, this month’s payday has not arrived yet. Every time I call to follow up on this I am told of a system error and won’t happen again. I didn’t bother calling this morning. I can’t keep using money to follow up on your sloppiness
