Edgars complaint

Good day I would like to express my disgust with Edgars and their poor service, I had made a purchase with my store card during December for approximately R1500 odd Rand and made a internet deposit given to me via there collections dept they had not allocated my payment instead added interest and handed my accounted over despite me sending to them the proof of payment on numerous occasions, for them to tell me they still allocating payment mind you that had been in February when payment had been done which is so frustrating they fail to resolve me problem and keep sending sms's to me and which they are keep adding on interest on please assist, they are unprofessional and ***** I need resolution.
