Edgar's complaint

Hi my name Maria Tshabalala,I bought a mobile on 16 December then on the 29 of December they atac and rob my child they took the mobile,I went to police station to open a case for insurance sake,I went there and claim the Samsung Galaxy j1,they said their going to call me after days they call and said they won't replace the mobile,because the insurance was suppose to debit the money for three months, but when I check the insurance rules there's no where it says that they must debited for three month first I'm very disappointed
