Edgars commit ***** on customers
Good Day Edgars
I am very worried about how you do business, this is the reason why you are on the verge of a collapse. You people allowed a company called RMCS (Blue Telecoms - based 75 Grayston Drive (Corner of Grayston Drive & Benmore Drive) Morningside Extension 05, Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa). They **********ly converted my prepaid Vodacom sim card to a contract. I called Vodacom only to find out your people converted my sim to contract without my knowledge or consent. As a result of that I got a shocking outstanding amount of R5 451 783.59 which is due on the 26 June 2019 for my prepaid sim card. I called this RMCS (Blue Telecoms) several times and their rude *********** staff don't know what is going on. If Edgars is using this company to de***** customers I will ask Carte Blanch to investigate Edgars. I want you people from Edgars to tell me how you got a hold of my cell phone number and convert it without my knowledge or consent.

Kindly note Edcon is doing business with a company called RMCS and there was an agreement between parties to contact Edcon cash & account customers and sell their product offering. ( Airtime, data and SMS).
Upon acceptance the monthly subscription fee will be added to customers Edcon account or arrange cash payment arrangement.
Therefore your query is referred to RMCS to investigate how the products was enrolled?
In addition a request to cancell the product is referred to RMCS for processing within the next 7 working days .
