Edgars Collections wrongfully Handed me over to credit bureau and have messed up my credit record when NOT overdue and after MAKING ARRANGEMENTS to pay Installment end of OCTOBER!!!!!

<p>Please can someone call me quite urgently.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Edgars communication is poor and appauling i made arrangements with collections but I still get emails and smses everyday warnig me and informing me i have been put on ITC!!!!!! please call me and rectify this my insurance paid the claim 90 percent of it i only had 1300 balance which WAS not overdue and as edcon knows i went through a retrenchement but nothing has changed even after explaining and putting in all necessary doccomentation and making arrangement with COLLECTIONS that i will pay monthend this is appauling . Edcon is not the only credit provider i have but they are the only ones messing up my credit record even after i have made commitments and after i have made arrangements !!! Please rectify this and remove me from ITC as I have NOT refused to pay and im NOT overdue!!! The bulk of my balanec was paid by hollard credit life in 1 shot /1 payment!!!!! but you are punishing me for the 5 % which i agreed to pay already end of october!!!!!!!!!!!! . This is poor SeRVICE . I have been trying to calll collections and call center and have sent several emails but no one helps please call me and rectify this ASAP as my credit record has been tarnished by edgars edcon icompetence!!</p>
