Edgar's collections is a nightmare to prove you indeed paid.

Dealing with Edgars collection department is a nightmare. I'm going on my 4th week trying to prove that I have made payment to my account the same way I did the previous month yet they are unable to find my second payment. They are calling and messaging harassing me like I'm a ******** requesting payment even after I lodged the complaint/dispute. They asked for bankstatments to prove payment only to advise once recieved they need a letter from the bank to say I paid the monies. I would think that is the bank statments itself. No one can help at the call center. No one is calling me back. It's a black hole. I dont owe them anything except this payment and I want to close this account. I suggest now one pay over internet oh this could be their nightmare as well. Please think twice about a Edgar's account if you dont want unwanted unpaid on your credit bureau report . I cant believe they dont have a clue on how to check monies paid on their side
