Edgars collections department

I had recently paid short on my Edgars account , due to an unexpected expense that occurred. I received a call from the Edgars head office and made a payment arrangement with the lady that called. A week later they stared calling my place of work and leaving messages with reference numbers at reception. It was one month that I paid short and I was amazed at how these guys harass the customers. It is no wonder why people do not want to shop at Edgars any longer. I was appauled when the receptionist gave me this message because this is something that is personal and not something that should be publicised at a person's work. Also I am sure that there are people that do not pay their accounts for months on end. Why do these people harass the customers that are loyal instead of getting payment from those that don't pay. You are provided with alternate numbers use that and do not call people and leave messages at reception. Also our offices are opened plan and they will call on your landline and do not ask if this is a convenient time to speak instead they will start by asking your ID number. Please can you look into this because. thanks
