Edgars Club without consent!!!

I paid my Edgars account up to date but still received a statement stating I owe R70. I queried it at my nearest Edgars branch and they informed me it was for Edgars Club VIP. I had no idea what that was. I have never heard of that before. I never ever joined Edgars Club nevermind VIP. Edgars owes me that money back. ****************.

So Edgars can just get away with just taking money from me because it was on my statement. Wow, that's interesting. I NEVER EVER asked or gave permission for Edgars to charge that to my account. I never received my statements in the post or via email. I receive sms's. On the sms, you do not see detail, you only see the amount due. I guess it is my mistake to have trusted Edgars.
