Edgars Club VIP charge

<p>For the past couple months I'm being charged R60.00 a month for the Edgars Club VIP of which I never signed up for?!</p> <p> </p> <p>I've sent emails to all the addresses on the website which dont work or are full and to this day I havent received a response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called in a few times and 8 out of 10 calls were dropped on me(as per usual). The one lady I spoke with said I have to go to a branch??? Why must I go to a branch when it was activated without my consent?</p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible service as usual from Edgars Customer Service. I'm being charged for something I never wanted!</p>
