Edgar's club ... money *******

Hi, I have been with Edgars club for some 15 plus years, I can count the number of times I received vouchers, often, I saw adverts on tv or heard from my friends about red hanger sale etc and took advantage. For many months I have been trying to contact the call centre on *** But to no avail, I got hold of a consultant once, as I queried my account, she cut the call. Could never get through the call centre again. I am paying some R53 plus per month...just making Edgar's rich. Yet I am a single mum in difficult times, trying to make ends meet. I made a purchase on 30 September 2020, returned one item cos of poor fit on Oct 14, yet my balance as per my account query on 30 Oct remains unchanged. I am beginning to think Edgars may be ******** many people. If the Edgar's club has nothing to offer its clients, then I believe it should be discontinued, as this is ********* and ********** to take money from people for nothing in return and when one is unable to cancel such services. The frustration is further exacerbated by paying interest on your club fees if it falls overdue.

Please can I get some help to be able to remove myself from the club
