Edgars Club Member Benefits - Travel and Accommodation

After 2 decades of full Club Member of Edgars company, I finally got to afford flight trip, I claimed from Travel and Accommodation benefits from Edgars on the 29th of April 2024, and it's almost 2 months without any communication or payment of claim from the, except confirmation email on the day of submitting the claim. I have made several calls to follow up on the claim, all they do is transfer my calls back and forth, and promise to come back to me, but to no avail. Very poor service but they expect compliance from me with monthly premiums.
