Edgars club life is not required

My edgars account is being debited for a CLUB LIFE premium of R56.00 per month, this offering was previously cancelled as i do not use the facility, however this charge is now being deducted again . I sent an email to Edgars on 6 FEB 2020 to request that they cancel this charge, my account is now over the credit limit and they expect me to make that payment. Prior to sending the initial email i tried calling the call centre and i was on hold for 20 minutes with no answer, even now before adding this complaint i tried calling them and was made to hold for a further 15 minutes with no answer. Please cancel this premium and refund my money from February 2020 which is R224.00. Listen to your customers please
