Edgars club ********** behavior

Edgars club benefit is **********. I pay my Edgars club fee every month. Last night, i called the Edgars emergency line to request a tow service for my car. They could not verify my details as an account holder or club member. The manager told me this was happening to many customers. She had then advised me to pay the tow truck in cash and Edgars customer care would reimburse the funds today once verifying my account. I paid the tow company. This morning, I have called 5 different numbers for Edgars. I have been put on hold and messed around for 2 hours, wasting my airtime. Pushed from one person to another. I was told to contact rcs because they have taken over Edgars. Rcs Edgars number does anwser. This is wrong on all levels. I am paying for a service and still have to pay cash.
