Edgar's club fees and insurance charges whilst account is paid off

I paid Edgar's account in full butbtyey continue to charge for credit life insurance and club fees. On calling them they send you from one agent to the other of which the last one puts you through to a quiet or mute system. This is ridiculous and I'm angry I want to close the account and cancel all these charges they reaping me off. How do I go about because calling doesn't help...
