edgars club card waste!!

i have a edgars club card where you get a discount at ster kinekor movies. i purchsed movie tickets online on wednesday the 19th feb 2020 for a movie on thursday 20th feb 2020. i then had to cancel my tickets at cavendish due to load shedding i then decided to go to blue route mall to watch a movie when i got there and booked the tickets expecting my edgars club card that i pay for every month to work it did not work. they said i already used it for the day and it can only be used once a day. i think this total BS as i used the card the previous day and not on thursday. the ster kinekor staff explain that its because i movies i booked was on the same day even tho i cancelled the 1 set of movies which i had no choice about. i had to pay full price for movies. edgars please fix this. this is not the 1st i have issue with my club card at ster kinekor please keep in mind that people are paying every month for this club card and only uses it a few times per year at the movies! i dont go to movies every month and when i do my club doesnt work. WTH!!
