Edgars Club Card USELESS!!!
To whom it may concern<br> <br> I have been paying for Edgar's club for a long time now , and I don't seem to receive any mail , no vouches , no updates on sales , absolutely nothing, I find this rather a useless service to me currently, either you fix or I pay off and cancel my account with Edgar's<br> <br> I haven't received any vouches or anything in the last few years what's going on, I only realised this when a friend mentioned how he gets discount vouches etc. , and I get nothing <br> <br> <br> Such useless service<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Mr D Moodley<br> Account Number: ***<br> <br>

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please be advised you are currently a club life member , club life members no longer receive their magazine via post , they receive an sms with a voucher code to pick up their magazines in stores.
All communication regarding vouchers and promotions is now sent via sms. kindly be advised if your do not receive and sms with your voucher ,you can collect a voucher is store ,example if you have not receive a voucher for the red carpet sale you can visit the store on the day of the promotion and receive your voucher at the till point upon making your purchase.
Please be advised we have raised your concerns with the relevant department to insure your will receive your sms. Your reference number is ***/GO.
