Edgar’s club card and outstanding amout
Edgar’s where do I start November 2020 I settled outstanding amount - November 2021 I received a call to say my an amount of R1000 odd is outstanding for a life policy and club magazine which I have NEVER received is outstanding I asked for it to be cancelled I only want the card to remain open - so they cancel the life but for some reason not the magazine thousands of call later and emails guess what been handed over to MBD attorneys! Get you act together Edgar’s I am not paying another cent of this! I don’t want the VIP Club card Magazine or anything else you are offering LEAVE the account open. If this isn’t resolved but close of business today I will take this matter further enough is enough I have MBD calling all hours of the day and night it’s a joke
The response and the query I have had been half rep**** too. Can you ask someone who is firstly willing to assist and listen to my query without stating they can’t help me! This has and still is the most frustrating experience of my life everyone has been so unhelpful and so quick to pass onto to MBD attorney who are like the plague and equally unhelpful to the point I have gotten rude
