Edgars club and insurance policies added to my account without permission

It seems that Edgars has a new tactic to get more money out of you. In October theyt automatically added th Edgars club and a whol host of insurance policies to my name. My mother was targetted in the exact same way and when they provided the document where she took out the policies it was not her signiature on the document. I did notrealize this in October asI had made purchases on my Edgars account which I was still paying. Today I managed to cancel all of these subscriptions but thy now own me around R1600. Needles to say once these refunds are done I will be closing my Edgars account. Your staff is commiting serious ***** and you are not taking this serious.
