Edgar's club

I got a Edgar's club membership that was not activated to my surprise every month they is a fee that's goes to Edgar club that appears on my statement, I went believe me over million times to the shops they don't answer the call or they put me on hold for over 3 hours ,I need my refund pls #edgars stores ,They inquiries dont work , what should I do ? This March is full here of no help
