Edgars- closing your account is a nightmare

I would honestly give Edgars a minus rating. I’ve spent the past 3 months trying to close my account. Paid up the outstanding club fees and sent an email to close the account. Following month fees charged again and account not closed. Edgars have now charged me for 3 months of club fees without my consent! The call centre agents are rude and unhelpful. I’ve received cancellation emails from Edgars but they never follow thru. Shocking EDGARS! Sick and tired of wasting my money and time. Next time I receive an account, the ombudsman can deal with it!
