Edgars closed my account without my approval

I have an account with Edgars and it was on arrears which I paid up on the 25th of October 2016 but the payment was not reflecting on my credit record, so I called Edgars requesting a payment letter so I can be able to apply for a house, they sent me an email on the 3rd of November with the payment letter attached. Today I am going to one of their stores with my card only to find out that my account has been closed without consulting me, I have been trying to send them emails so they can call me and rectify this mistake with no luck, now I am fixing my credit record so I can be able to buy the house how will I do that if I do not have any credit under my name because of Edgars closing people's accounts without their approval. Edgars please fix this problem, this is like commiting ***** you can never temper with my account without my knowledge and I had every right to seek the payment letter as the proof that my account is paid up instead of giving your customers what they want you go and de-activate their accounts without their permission. Please fix this Edgars re-activate my account so I can have credit under my name.
